By downloading, installing, or using the Gabfest application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of Gabfest after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Gabfest is an AI-powered English language learning application that provides text-based conversations with AI characters, real-time voice calls with pronunciation feedback, grammar practice tests with instant scoring, progress analytics and streak tracking, and personalised learning experiences. The service is available on iOS and Android platforms and requires an internet connection for AI conversations and voice features.

To use Gabfest, you must create an account using phone OTP verification or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree to use Gabfest only for its intended purpose of English language learning. You must not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through AI conversations; attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app or its AI systems; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service; share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts; or interfere with the proper functioning of the service or its infrastructure.

All content, features, and functionality of Gabfest, including but not limited to the AI models, conversation systems, grammar tests, user interface, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Varaisys and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes only.

Content you create through conversations, voice calls, and interactions with Gabfest remains yours. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide and improve the service, including AI response generation, grammar analysis, and pronunciation feedback. We do not claim ownership of your personal conversation data.

Gabfest offers both free and premium features. Free features include AI text conversations, basic grammar practice, and limited voice calls. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features such as unlimited voice calls and advanced analytics. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

We strive to keep Gabfest available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. Offline features such as downloaded grammar tests will remain accessible without an internet connection.

Gabfest is provided as an educational tool and should not be considered a substitute for professional language instruction. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, test scores, or fluency improvements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varaisys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Gabfest shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Varaisys is registered.
